Flexible Staffing

For companies that want to maintain a lean workforce and utilize Talent on an as-needed basis, Randstad Flexible Staffing is ideal. You'll have access to Talent on a project basis, for peak periods, or seasonal employment. For the most part, positions are short term and in traditional work environments. Our unique Agent/Talent model means that we've developed personal relationships with our Talent. So when you have a job opening, we know exactly who will excel in it.


Direct Hire

Randstad Agents will work closely with you to develop a company profile and detailed job descriptions for full time, long-term staffing needs. Because our Agents truly know Randstad Talent, they are well equipped to do a thorough search and screen for the best candidates. In fact, we are so confident of our skill in helping to find a full-time match, we offer replacement credit or a refund of our fee if a placed employee leaves the position within six months, regardless of whether it's a voluntarily resignation or a discharge for cause.


Contract to Hire

Assignments that start out as flexible staffing and lead to permanent positions are considered Contract to Hire. This type of assignment is ideal for both Talent and Clients alike who want to "try out" a situation before making a long-term commitment. So everyone involved is sure they've made the best match.


Randstad Employment Services

Randstad provides third party employment and payroll services to a variety of industries, becoming the employer of record for a portion of your workforce. This is often a cost-saving option for companies with seasonal employees, part-time employees or independent contractors. Randstad Employment Services takes care of employee benefits and other human resource tasks, as well as tracking employee productivity and providing you with management reports.


Outsourcing Call Center

More and more, businesses need to establish inbound and outbound Customer Contact Centers or Call Centers. It's imperative that these Centers are staffed by Talent with more specialized, technical skills. Yet, many Clients simply don't have the time, ability or human resources to manage such an operation. That's where Randstad comes in.


First we conduct an in-depth business analysis. Then we develop the best staffing plan for your unique needs. Oftentimes, our Agents work on-site as a third party management team, interfacing with Talent and Clients. Large Volume/Onsite Management

National, regional and large volume, individual accounts often need total long-term staffing solutions. That's where Randstad's Large Volume/Onsite Management comes in. We develop a customized plan of service based on your company's specific requirements. We then become your workforce management partner.


We provide a dedicated account team - often at the client site - to recruit and screen staff, manage orientation and job-specific training and administer benefits for our workforce. We also set up current technology and systems to ensure quality service.

Randstad offers Large Volume/Onsite Management services for most skill categories, including office automation, industrial and manufacturing, technical, accounting and office support. Based on your geographic scope and company goals, our customized solutions can range from handling all staffing for an individual department, an entire facility or for a variety of regional or national locations. Randstad Communications

The Telecommunications industry is a field of specialized positions and unique requirements. Randstad Communications focuses solely on providing the flexible and long-term staffing Talent, with the appropriate technical skill sets, to meet the needs of this sector. We also provide additional services including telecommunications consulting, auditing, inventory record keeping and network design implementation and build-out.


Currently headquartered in Northern California, Randstad Communications works with telecommunication companies and associated companies throughout the Untied States. Positions filled tend to be highly technical or experienced in the Telecommunications industry. Potential customers include: wireless communication companies; long distance carriers; satellite and microwave communication companies; Internet and online service providers; local telecom and private transmission services; and communications, switching and transmission equipment providers.
