Our unique Agent/Talent model means that we've developed personal relationships with our Talent. So when you have a job opening, we know exactly who will excel in it.

	Direct Hire Randstad Agents will work closely with you to develop a company profile and detailed job descriptions for full time, long-term staffing needs. Because our Agents truly know Randstad Talent, they are well equipped to do a thorough search and screen for the best candidates. In fact, we are so confident of our skill in helping to find a full-time match, we offer replacement credit or a refund of our fee if a placed employee leaves the position within six months, regardless of whether it's a voluntarily resignation or a discharge for cause.

Randstad Communications focuses solely on providing the flexible and long-term staffing Talent, with the appropriate technical skill sets, to meet the needs of this sector. We also provide additional services including telecommunications consulting, auditing, inventory record keeping and network design implementation and build-out. Currently headquartered in Northern California, Randstad Communications works with telecommunication companies and associated companies throughout the Untied States. Positions filled tend to be highly technical or experienced in the Telecommunications industry. Potential customers include: wireless communication companies; long distance carriers; satellite and microwave communication companies; Internet and online service providers; local telecom and private transmission services; and communications, switching and transmission equipment providers.
